The second floor features an XL king master suite with private bath, another king master bedroom with private bath and two other cavernous bedrooms (queen, 2 single) that share a half bath and a full hall bath. All bedrooms on this level have access to the generous deck with ample seating. Up on the top level is a second XL king master suite with private bath and access to the top deck with hot tub, along with the open and airy great room with a wall of windows framing a 1st class oceanfront view! A flat screen TV and stereo invite staying in for the evening while the kids play downstairs. The gourmet kitchen with gas stove, granite countertops, and breakfast bar will please the chef in your group and the screened porch enables dining al fresco.   • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.
