You'll be located just a short walk from the shore and local eateries, groceries, stores, and charter services can all be found within a mile of the home for added convenience. Less than two miles away, the Hatteras Island Visitor Center is home to the historic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and the family-friendly Museum of the Sea. Summer-stay guests will also savor access to the pool at Club Hatteras.

The townhome's multi-story interior showcases chic coastal decor and all the modern home essentials to make you feel right at home. A plush sectional and a pair of armchairs offer family comfort in the living room, and a intelligent TV is equipped for casual entertainment. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the major appliances, cookware, and accessories for painless home cooking, and features an eat-in nook and dining table on either side for flexible mealtime gatherings. All three bedrooms are also equipped with a intelligent TV for added convenience. Everyone will appreciate fast and complimentary WiFi, along with everyday essentials including central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.
