The moment you step into this three-bedroom/two-full and one-half-bath home and bask in the coastal light, you’ll know you’ve come to the right place.

Arriving by boat? You’ll appreciate the dockage, outfitted with electricity and water, that can accommodate a 50-foot craft. Bring your kiteboards, kayaks, and paddleboards, too, as the canal leads directly to the sound. Head out to fish the Pamlico Sound waters or simply drop a line right from the dock. Clean your catch at the fish cleaning table and prep it for cooking it up later on the gas grille. The outdoor shower makes cleaning up after a day on the water a breeze.

While all that fresh air makes sleep come simple, the home’s three bedrooms, all outfitted with Intelligent TVs, add an additional level of comfort. On the first level, one room with a queen bed and another with two queen beds feature sliders to the deck and share a bathroom. The third bedroom, a master king is located on the third level and features a jetted tub, double vanity, shower, and walk-in closet. It also has a slider that leads to a private deck.

On the second level is the home’s great room, dining area, and kitchen. Along with a Intelligent TV, the great room also inspires camaraderie with a pool table and a bar area with eight chairs. Next to it is the kitchen, featuring a new stove, dishwasher, stand-alone ice maker, and an adjoining enclosed sunroom with deck access. All those marvelous meals you prep can be served at a kitchen table that seats four and at the 10-seat dining table.
