• Summer is high season in Avon. To find the most suitable rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what is optimal for your vacation.

• Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
