Dixie Arrow is located ocean-side with direct boardwalk access to the beach on the peaceful Oceanview Drive. The third floor has a sizable great room with ceiling fans and a brand-new (2024) kitchen with a breakfast bar. Sliding doors lead to a enormous, all-new (as of 2024) deck with an ocean view complete with deck furnishings and a picnic table. The second floor features a additional room for kids with a foosball table, a TV with front side A/V jack, a couch bed, and a second refrigerator/freezer. A private deck exits the first floor to a private decked pool. The grille, fish cleaning station area, and showers are located in the under-home entry. Come relax and point your vacation to Dixie Arrow.

Avon Fishing Pier is located 400 yards North and Club Hatteras is 400 yards West on route 12.
