From Positive Latitude OBX's expansive sound vistas and fantastic sunsets to the organic wetland grasses, this bespoke 3,800-square-foot home will satisfy your soul. Drive down the lane to the end, and enter the home via the under-home entryway. You'll have elevator access and locking storage to take advantage of. Two outdoor showers, a half bath, and a fish-cleaning table are all conveniently located next to the driveway and water access. (note in colder months the outdoor showers and bathroom are winterized). NEWLY ADDED - a boat slip is available for your use! Just purchased it for our own private use & for that of our guests. The channel is shallow and needs to be dredged so that is next on our list - it is very sandy and clear though!

The first-floor game room has sound-side deck access, foosball and pool tables, an LCD TV, a Play Station 3, a surround-sound stereo, a kitchenette that includes a full refrigerator with an ice maker and a half bath. The second floor has two sound-front king master bedrooms with deck access, one has handicapped bath features. A third bedroom has two bunk beds, one with a full and twin on top and the other with two twins. The fourth bedroom has waterfront deck access. All have full en suite bathrooms.

Convenient to all are the laundry and office nook. Savor the hot tub located on the waterfront screened porch. The sizable third-level great room welcomes you with comfortable fresh furnishings, an LCD TV with firestick and DVD player with stereo surround sound, and cozy fireplace seating. Cooking is a joy in the cavernous, well-equipped kitchen featuring a six-burner gas cooktop, a enormous refrigerator, two dishwashers, and a additional under-counter refrigerator. There is a keurig coffee maker, breville espresso machine and also a regular coffee maker. The huge center prep island is the ideal place to gather with family and friends and is open to the dining area which has spectacular vistas of the Pamlico Sound. Unwind and watch the sunset on the roomy deck or from the picnic table on the screened porch. The fifth bedroom opens to a waterfront deck. Head up the steps to the observation tower with a view of the lighthouse to read or nap on the cozy daybed. Bikes and kayaks supplied, so take a bicycle ride to the lighthouse, stores, and eateries located close by, or just relax and get back to nature with the elegant home!
