The main living area is located on the mid-level of the home and features a bright sitting area around an entertainment center with enormous flat screen TV. The dining area seats eight at the table alongside the breakfast bar with seating for another two. There are smiles awaiting in the open kitchen, with plenty of space for the chef and assistants, and features high-end stainless steel appliances, and bespoke cabinetry, countertops, and tilework. The screened porch off the dining area is the ideal place for appreciating a meal outdoors. A second half bath is located on this level along with the king master bedroom which includes a private full bath with Jacuzzi tub, dual vanity and glass bock shower. Three more bedrooms are located on the top level of the home including a queen master bedroom with private full bath with Jacuzzi tub and two more queen bedrooms that each has access to a private commode and a shared shower between them. The decks on both the mid-level and top level of the home provide a delightful area for calming with a good book and casual conversation as the SUMMER BREEZE is blowing through the jasmine in your mind. The crow's nest, just a few steps up from the top deck, provides handsome ocean and sound vistas. Appointed with modern amenities and modren decor, SUMMER BREEZE makes you feel fine.

When to visit & When to reserve a Salvo rental home:

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Salvo. To get the best value, shift your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
• Some hosts offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
