OCEANFRONT Avon- Nova Drive Set on a huge, private lot with a sizable dune separating it from the road and merely steps from a wide beach, this OCEAN LADY will soothe your soul. With 4 bedrooms, this split-level home is ideal for two modest families looking for a peaceful vacation. A private saltwater swimming pool with poolside Tiki bar provides the ideal starting point for your vacation. Also on the ground level you'll find ample parking, a fish cleaning table with water and lights, and grille. Step up to a landing to find the cabana half bath, outdoor shower and laundry room. Up one more landing is the entrance to the home with broad ocean vistas from the decks and living area. The kitchen offers a center island for additional counter space and snacks at the bar. There is a covered porch off the dining area and comfortable seating in the living area with 46" flat screen TV, DVD and Stereo/CD. A split level down you'll find 2 bedrooms (king, 2 singles) with shared full bath. A split level up, find the queen master bedroom with sliders to the oceanfront deck and another bedroom with a queen and a single plus a private half bath. All three levels of decking offer gorgeous ocean vistas. This home does not have a landline.
