Spend painless going days calming by the community pool, or soaking up the sun on the beach, accessible by a nice wide community beach boardwalk. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected everything. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your review find their best rental home. Please be objective.
