Stay in luxury at this second level, two bedroom, dog friendly oceanfront condo at Durant Station. You’ll be dreaming of drinks at the beach in MARGARITAVILLA. Watch the sunrise every day from your own getaway, a private oceanfront deck with plenty of seating for relaxation and a picnic table for meal time. Inside, take in the tropical feel of the home and come together to end evenings watching TV, HBO and Satellite TV, with NFL Sunday Ticket. Off the great room is the first bedroom, a king master with handsome ocean vistas and an attached private bath with dual vanities. The second bedroom, close to the entry, has two single beds and uses the hall bath. Whip up a vacation meal in the open kitchen and sit at the kitchen bar with seating for four. Don’t let the vacation mood stop, catch beautiful sunsets of the sound from the shared soundside deck.
Durant Station Condos come with access to many community features. Appreciate a community space with a full kitchen, gathering space with an electric fireplace, pool table, and a TV at the community club home. The first level of the condo complex has a coin operated laundry facility, wash laundry and savor an ocean view while you do laundry. Located in Hatteras, this condo is on the beach. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood.
