SEMI-OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Summerplace Dr. Surf your way to fun and relaxation with a vacation at POINT BREAK. This cute home just one lot from the ocean, features a private pool area that is ideal for hanging out or kicking back. Inside, the first floor has a game room with foosball, game table with chess/checkers and backgammon, plus a TV and wet bar with mini-refrigerator. The bedroom with two single beds has a TV/DVD and semi-private bath shared with the game room. On the second floor, find a queen bedroom with TV/DVD and a bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds with TV/DVD that both access the full hall bath. There is also a king master bedroom with private bath and TV/DVD. The laundry room is convenient to the bedrooms as well as a hallway door to deck with steamy 6 person hot tub. On the top level, the great room with TV and 5 disc DVD/CD player has an access to abundance of decks with ocean vistas. The dining area and kitchen are open to the great room and access a screened porch with picnic table. The master king bedroom rounds out this floor with TV/DVD and ocean vistas. Take a break from your daily grind and surf on in to POINT BREAK.

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is on the beach. Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum.   • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Hatteras area. To get the best value, change your family's Hatteras vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
