As you pull up to the home, you'll notice ample areas to park along the driveway and dual-covered parking spaces under the home. Also, on this ground level, you'll find an elevator, two roomy outdoor showers with changing area, a storage chest for your beach gear, and access to the gated private pool area containing a invigorating saltwater pool. A private walkway connects the pool deck to the boardwalk, leading you over the dune and onto the beach to wiggle your toes in the sand and splash around in the Atlantic Ocean. The front staircase leads to the first-floor entry doors with a keyless combination lock. A full-size washer/dryer closet is also located on this level.
Walk up to the second level to a roomy open floor plan and take in the beautiful ocean vistas over the broad dunes through sliding glass doors and windows. The living area is a prime space for quality family fun with numerous comfortable couches, a stone fireplace, and an entertainment center with 55-inch TV, a Blu-ray player, and a Samsung Soundbar. Have some work to do while you're here? The elevator-accessible great room offers a modest desk for a private workspace. Natural lighting and ocean vistas extend into the dining room. More seats are available at the breakfast bar that overlooks the well-equipped kitchen with expansive windows. A media room with a huge TV is located just off the main living area. - Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
