OCEANFRONT Salvo - Colony Dr. It can all be BEACHES N BREEZES on your vacation. This newly remodeled home is located in a peaceful neighborhood where visitors riding bicycles or walking their dog on the street is a common sight and miles of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore are your backyard.
On the first level of the home appreciate a soak in the hot tub located on the deck or one of the three bedrooms, a queen master bedroom with a private bath that is freshly refreshed featuring a glass front shower; a queen bedroom and pyramid bunk bedroom share a common full bath. All bedrooms come with intelligent TVs and enormous closets. Laundry is located on this level as well as a dry entrance to the home.
The final level of the home features the sizable great room, kitchen, dining area, game room and the final master bedroom. Cozy up together on one of the many seating options in the great room and put on your favorite movie using the VIZIO Intelligent TV and savor every sound with the Bose sound bar. Let the prepare in your family take advantage of the stainless steel kitchen with top quality amenities. Gather the group at the dining table or grab a fast bite before the day at the breakfast bar. Parlor out in the media room and relax in front of the huge TV.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

About the Area

Located in Salvo, this vacation home is on the beach. Oregon Inlet Fishing Center and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge.
