- Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.

- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Keep your rental home locked while you are out! Don't let crooks spoil your vacation.
- Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to stimulate new bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
