OCEANFRONT Waves- La Waves Dr. (Formerly Chateau Sur Mer) LANDSHARK will carry you away with its roomy rooms, generous decks and impressive ocean vistas. Located on the oceanfront with painless access to the beach, this home has two outdoor showers for rinsing off the sand before hopping in the private oceanfront pool. The hot tub is perched on the first level deck overlooking the pool, just outside the broad game room where you'll find a mini-refrigerator at the wet bar. Appreciate a game on the pool table or settle down on the couch bed in front of the huge flat screen TV. A full bath is shared by the game room and a bedroom with a 2 pyramid bunk beds. A king master bedroom with private bath is also close by. The mid-level is home to four enormous bedrooms, two of which are king master bedrooms with walk-in showers and Jacuzzi tubs in their private baths. The other two bedrooms (queen and bunkbed and a single) share a full bath between them. All bedrooms have private access to the deck for calming in the open air, reading, and peaceful contemplation in front of pretty water vistas. The upper level features a tremendous great room with soaring ceilings and high-reaching windows that bring the blue water vistas into the room. The dining table and breakfast bar seat the entire group after the chef in the family whips up the evening meal in the bespoke kitchen with open layout and granite countertops. Step out the sliders to the top level deck for sun and conversation or climb to the ships watch for a birds-eye view of the natural surroundings.
