SOUND SIDE Avon. If you are looking for a calming vacation with breath taking vistas you have it !! Savor the sound side vistas from your private balcony, beach access just .7 miles away !! Located inside the home , choose from four bedrooms. Private bedroom on bottom level with own full bathroom and access to outdoors. Middle level two bedrooms with one queen bedroom, second bedroom full bed, double bunk beds with trundle as well as full bath.. All of top floor is master suite with cavernous full bath with hottub tub and full shower. Also, balcony on 3rd floor overlooking the sound. Full access to sound, bring kayaks and paddleboard's to appreciate! Outdoor shower with hot water (Guest must bring propane tank). Creek accessible to modest skiffs, jon boats and modest center consoles. Home is very close to all the amenities , 4x4 ramps 34 & 38 are within 2 1/2 miles . Foot access is 1/2 mile away, Avon Pier 0.7 miles , Food Lion 1.6 miles. Eateries: Mad Crabber, Oceana Bistro, Burger Burger, Turners High Moon Bar and Grille, Subway , Ugly Mugs Coffee shop all within 1/2 mile. Pool ( fee charged ) Tennis and Koru Spa less than a mile .
