This is a great property for families, all of the essentials without all of the unnecessary fragile items we fret about. Animals welcome. Beach access just across the street from community boardwalk. As part of your stay, you'll have access to the community pool (open mid May - Sept). Local stores and eateries within walking distance.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Surf's Up and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting.

When to book & When to go:

  • Booking your Hatteras vacation rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
