Shenanigans will bring out your best beach behavior! This bespoke ocean-view home is pure elegance and enjoyment. The ground level has good parking, a bit of landscaped privacy, and a carport. Two soundside bedrooms have access to a full bath and two ocean-side bedrooms have private baths (one has a jetted tub). Drift up to the third level with tall ceilings and handsome vistas. The kitchen with a long breakfast bar is a testimony to good design. Appreciate full meals and glorious sunsets in the window-lined dining room. The living area is wide and well-furnished with an entertainment area. An additional ocean-side sitting room will keep kids occupied. Wide ocean decks catch all rays.

Things to Know
The fireplace is not for guest use.
Guests will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is in a rural area and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Surf's Up and Hatteras Island Boardsports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.
  • Find a copy of your local Hatteras area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
