The top level includes a great room with cathedral ceilings, a roomy dining area, a breakfast bar, and a generously equipped kitchen. Unwind privately in your backyard pool and six-person hot tub or at your favorite spot on the 2,200 square feet of furnished decks. Appreciate a game of pool in the first-floor recreation room or retire to one of the bedrooms uniquely furnished with local flavor. Four bedrooms have deck access, including three primaries.

Things to Know
The pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 6 cars.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

About the Area

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. • The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.

Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

• Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, call the property manager before you reserve the rental. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
• Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs applied to your invoice.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors disrupting your peace. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've never otherwise known!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
• When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
