The top level includes a great room with cathedral ceilings, a roomy dining area, a breakfast bar, and a generously equipped kitchen. Unwind privately in your backyard pool and six-person hot tub or at your favorite spot on the 2,200 square feet of furnished decks. Appreciate a game of pool in the first-floor recreation room or retire to one of the bedrooms uniquely furnished with local flavor. Four bedrooms have deck access, including three primaries.

Things to Know
The pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 6 cars.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. When to visit Avon & When to book:

• In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• June, July, and August are high season in Avon. To get the best value, consider shifting your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
