Start your stay with a splash in the shining private pool, or relax in the hot tub. Step inside, and appreciate fun-filled afternoons in the first level game room equipped with pool table, accessory ping-pong top, comfortable sitting area, and TV/DVD player with surround sound. The entertainment area also has a wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. Nearby, you’ll find a master bedroom with 2 single beds, handicapped friendly roll-in shower and TV/DVD. Also on this floor you will find an indoor/outdoor access half-bath with stack washer/dryer.

For a private getaway, select one of three bright and colorful bedrooms on the second level, all with TV/DVDs: one is a king master, one is a king bedroom with semi-private bathroom, and one is a master bedroom with two bunk beds. You can also relax in the second level media room with home theater system with surround sound and queen sleeper couch.

Upstairs, the king of the castle can escape to the king master bedroom with TV/DVD, tile shower, and Jacuzzi tub. Finding the best rental value:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the best rental for your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Property management companies often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
