This condo features an unbeatable location on Spencer’s Creek with direct access to the sound for water enthusiasts. The ocean is an approximate five-min. walk offering one of the biggest beaches in Avon. Explore the waters from another point of view while launching your kayaks or paddleboards or try your hand at fishing, all available from the private dock. Appreciate easy access to eateries, coffee stores, shopping, ice cream parlors, and water sports units, all just steps away from Spencer’s Watch.
As soon as you step inside this appealing water-view condo, you’ll be greeted by a colorful and bright open floor plan. After you spend a glorious day at the beach, take a dip in our private community pool, come back, relax in your bright, sunny living room, and take in one of Hatteras Islands' striking sunsets. Savor dinner at one of the local area eateries or prepare a meal in the completely outfitted kitchen. After dinner, you can choose to play one of the many board games offered, grab a book, or watch a movie from the vast DVD library. Roku system is available for streaming in the living room and primary bedroom and YouTube TV is available to guests to appreciate local and many cable channels. The primary suite features direct balcony access and an en suite bathroom. Other amenities include a picnic area with charcoal grilles, a laundry facility, and an outdoor shower.
