Located in an ideal neighborhood for bicycling, running or walking - roughly 5-10 min walk to the beach. Can walk to local eateries and stores. South-facing sundeck provides vistas of the sound and superb nighttime time vistas of the stars. Three BR home sleeps 8 people with a Master (Q), guest (Q) and second guest room (1 bunk & 1 full). Master BR also has a full-sized crib with bed. Full kitchen includes M/W, full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee makers and dishwasher. Adjoining family room on the top floor has windows throughout and sizable sectional couch to relax after the beach.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach.
