A different bungalow layout which is ideal for fishermen, you will find the main home with 2 bedrooms and one bath, below with a garage and separate access you will find an efficiency unit with 1 bath, microwave and coffee maker. Appreciate the peaceful sundeck and dock for a calming vacation hideaway. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Native Sun is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are supplied. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. Located in Hatteras, this cottage is on the waterfront. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Ocracoke Pony Pens are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with kayaking, parasailing, and surfing/body boarding nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding.

  • Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection.   • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good ratings to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
