Get swept away by the exceptional setting of Breezy Point South, a beautiful vacation home with a superior location for windsurfing and kiteboarding. Here at the end of a modest peninsula in Frisco, you'll be treated to spectacular vistas of the sound and sunsets from the entire home.

Inside this cavernous and comfortable home, you can indulge in an afternoon nap in the primary bedroom, relax in the ample living area, or just relax with the help of TVs, VCRs, DVD players, and a stereo/CD player.

Parlor away an afternoon or evening in the hot tub or on the furnished decks, or go discover the sound by way of the dock (with an entry ladder and a sailboard ramp). With so many ways to appreciate the open waters of the Pamlico Sound, Breezy Point South is a breath of fresh air.

About the Area

Located in Dare County, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Scotch Bonnet Marina. Buxton Seafood and Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserve your rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to add vacation insurance.   • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
