OCEANVIEW Avon - Moore Way Boy, do we have a beach home for you! BUCK'S BEACH HOME, just five tons from the ocean, offers the complete package. A Stair Tamer is at the home to make unloading suitcases and groceries a breeze. An under home entry from the concrete carports leads to the first floor where all three bedrooms and two baths are located including the king master suite with private bath. Each bedroom has direct access to a huge wraparound shaded deck. On the second floor you'll find a sizable great room with cathedral ceilings that offers ample room for dining and entertaining. The great room opens to a enormous sundeck with superb vistas and the screened-in porch with hot tub. The observation deck offers mesmerizing ocean vistas. Located next door to the Avon Fishing Pier and restaurant.

*Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis courts. You will sign in with the attendant using the home name.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
