A Stair Tamer is at the home to make unloading suitcases and groceries a breeze. An under-home entry from the concrete carports leads to the first floor where all three bedrooms and two baths are located including the king master suite with private bath. Each bedroom has direct access to a sizable wraparound shaded deck. On the second floor you'll find a huge great room with cathedral ceilings that offers ample room for dining and entertaining. The great room opens to a enormous sundeck with elegant vistas and the screened-in porch with hot tub. The observation deck offers mesmerizing ocean vistas. Located next door to the Avon Fishing Pier and restaurant.
