A Stair Tamer is at the home to make unloading suitcases and groceries a breeze. An under-home entry from the concrete carports leads to the first floor where all three bedrooms and two baths are located including the king master suite with private bath. Each bedroom has direct access to a enormous wraparound shaded deck. On the second floor you'll find a huge great room with cathedral ceilings that offers generous room for dining and entertaining. The great room opens to a sizable sundeck with charming vistas and the screened-in porch with hot tub. The observation deck offers mesmerizing ocean vistas. Located next door to the Avon Fishing Pier and restaurant.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
