It’s simple to spot the pitched, red-roofed home as you pull into the peaceful cul-de-sac in Avon Village. Bring your dog and favorite yard games ... a roomy, grassy lawn is ideal for both. Your kids will appreciate the bicycle-friendly neighborhood, and you’ll adore the gated area under the home to keep younger kids, dogs, and your watersport equipment safe and secure. There’s also an outdoor shower and wash sink here for an painless beach day cleanup. The kitchen, outfitted with portable Bluetooth® speakers so you can stream your favorites from wherever you may be, is well-equipped to accommodate your favorite vacation meals that can be served at the four-stool kitchen counter, at a six-person table in the sunroom, and another counter that seats four. Two bedrooms - a freshly furnished queen and one with two single bunk beds - are also located on this level and share a hallway full bath. The third bedroom, an ensuite king featuring a private bath is located on the second level along with a media room with wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, a roomy sectional couch, a Intelligent TV, and a bookcase loaded with books, games, and puzzles. There is also access to a second-level deck through the top level with stairs connecting it to the main deck. All of the bedrooms feature Intelligent TVs.
