Soak in the hot tub or swim in your 15x33 solar heated pool! Lower level has handicap accessible bedroom and bath. WiFi is available to keep you connected to the home or the office.
This casual reverse floor plan soundfront home is the ideal Outer Banks getaway for a special time with friends and family. Spectacular water vistas from every level. Handicap features: Lower level queen bedroom has 36" doorways. The top of the bed is 28" from the floor. The bathroom attached to this bedroom has 2 handrails in the shower with a fold-down seat and hand-held shower head. The shower lip is 1.5". The commode seat is 18.5" from the floor and the pedestal sink is 33.5" from the floor.
Blue Horizon is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
