Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a wheelchair ramp to the entry door, a entirely gated private pool with a hot tub, and an outside shower. The soundfront pier is shared with 3 other homes. Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a den with a flat-screen TV/DVD, futon, deck access, game table seating 2, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and deck access. Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access, and private handicap-friendly bathroom with roll-under sink, roll-in shower, and duty grab bar. Laundry with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Located in Waves, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Money saving strategies:

  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early.   • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
