When the breeze blows just right, this home’s location right on the sound provides convenient access to launch your watercraft of choice. There’s space to lock up your gear when you’re done and two outdoor showers to rinse off the salt and sand. Sticking to land is no less enticing. The ground-level pool area is a haven of relaxation with chaise lounges for tanning, a 6-person hot tub for soaking, and a shaded poolside bar for thirst quenching. Whip up some friendly competitive action on the driveway’s pickleball court or just inside where a ground-level game room offers a pool table, arcade games, and a Intelligent TV. Wind down in the theater room next door, where a huge Intelligent TV and stadium seating for nine evoke an intimate theater experience. A half-bath on this level adds comfort and convenience.

All 10 of the home’s bedrooms feature ensuite baths and Intelligent TVs, and are entirely accessible, thanks to an all-floor elevator. Two king bedrooms and one with two bunk beds are on the first level. Five more king bedrooms are located on the second level and have slider access to a covered deck. The final two king bedrooms, one of which is accessible- and wheelchair-friendly, are located on the third level.

  • Summertime is high season in the Hatteras area. To find the best value, try changing your family's Hatteras vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, , and reduced traffic.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
