Enter the home on the second level under the covered porch with sound vistas. When you walk inside the home, the modern decor will instantly make you feel casual. The interesting spot on this level is the balcony with a view of the first-level outdoor entertainment area. Guests can choose from among the five King En Suites with Ocean Vistas. There is a washer and dryer here for those who like clean clothes and towels while on vacation. The elevator accepts simple access to the next two levels.

Fourth Level
The fourth level of Skydance is where most of the gathering will take place. The family can settle into the comfortable couch in the living room watching tv and appreciating the electric fireplace. While the chef of the group whips up an marvelous dinner in the gourmet kitchen, others can visit with him or her at the four bar stool seats. Once dinner is ready, the enormous dining table for 14 will allow everybody to gather together. Once it is time for after dinner drinks, grab a drink from the bespoke constructed bar which will seat four. Venture outside onto one of the two covered decks (one with ocean vistas). Make sure to get up early to see one of the extraordinary Outer Banks sunrises! There is a half bathroom on this level for added convenience. Guests will have to draw straws to determine who will get to stay in the Grandiose King En Suite with deck access, a sitting area, and a sizable bathroom.

Family Animals: Skydance is pet-friendly, with a one-time fee of $185 for up to two dogs. No cats or other animals allowed.

Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

The private heated pool is open from April 1st to November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round and cleaned weekly. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. No family pets allowed in pools.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses.
