The pool and shuffleboard tables have been refurbished, and two arcade-style games have been added to the game room, leveling up game nighttime for the whole group! Two bedrooms have received new furnishings. Two new dishwashers have been added to the kitchens on the ground and top levels. A drink refrigerator has been added to the top-level kitchen. For additional convenience, two new washer and dryer sets have been added. Create a feast for the whole group on the two new grilles by the pool.
*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

- Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. To find the best rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
- The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
