SEMI-OCEANFRONT Hatteras — Lighthouse Rd. — Top Level Renovated for 2025! — When your extended family or forever friends gather at CAROLINA BLISS, you’ll discover an enviable escape that enthralls from each glorious sunrise and sunset to the next. With sweeping oceanside vistas, unobstructed backyard vistas from its perch on a calming duck pond, this 6,700 sq. ft., 10-bedroom/10-full and 2-half-bath home offers both a private enclave and a prime point to launch your Hatteras Island vacation.

Of course, languid beach days, fishing excursions and island explorations will be on the itinerary, but so should days spent by the ground level pool. Settle into a lounge with a good book or in the eight-person hot tub for a calming soak. Two gas grilles will certainly inspire some poolside picnics, complemented by refreshment from the adjacent tiki bar. Just inside, discover another wet bar/kitchenette in a recreation area that will delight all ages. There’s a billiards table and a shuffleboard table for the competitors among you and a media area with theater-style seating and a huge Intelligent Roku TV to stream your favorite movies. There’s also a laundry room and half-bath on this level. Completing the ground level are two master bedrooms with ensuite baths: a two-set pyramid bunk room and a room providing a queen and single.

Six more master bedrooms occupy the mid-level, all with private bathrooms and Intelligent Roku TVs including a two-set pyramid bunk room and five king bedrooms, one of which offers an accessible-friendly bathroom. All of the bedrooms have access to the deck for either pool or ocean vistas. A separate office area features a slider to a deck that accepts natural light to enhance a productive remote workstation.

On the third level — accessible by a convenient elevator — the great room’s high ceilings, wood floors and multiple windows infuse the space with a warm casual elegance and natural light. Plentiful and comfortable seating provides an inviting getaway to play games and entertain with a sizable flat screen TV. A roomy and well-appointed kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, including dual fridges and two stoves to accommodate cooking for a crowd. Counter stools surround a breakfast bar, adding additional seating for full-family meals that can be appreciated together around two 10-seat dining tables. Two more cavernous master king bedrooms, each with deck access and spectacular ocean vistas, along with a half-bath, complete this level.

New for 2023: Carolina Bliss has received many updates this year! Step into the home and take in the fresh paint throughout. The pool and shuffleboard tables have been refurbished, and two arcade-style games have been added to the game room, leveling up game nighttime for the whole group! Two bedrooms have received new furnishings. Two new dishwashers have been added to the kitchens on the ground and top levels. A drink refrigerator has been added to the top-level kitchen. For additional convenience, two new washer and dryer sets have been added. Create a feast for the whole group on the two new grilles by the pool.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.
