With this private sandy beach, you no longer have to worry about the congestion of public kite spots, dangerous high bulkheads, thick grassy shorelines, or travel. The best kite beach on the Outer Banks is now your backyard. Watch friends throw their favorite tricks or take exceptional still shots right from one of the many decks or pool area. When you’re done with your session, store your gear in the gear closet or leave it on the beach. Stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, and beach gear are also included to make your experience the most memorable of the year!

Unwind pool side and mix up your favorite drink at the tiki bar with a mini refrigerator and listen to the music on the whole-home music system.

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
