This immaculate 7-bedroom home located in the Village of Salvo on Hatteras Island; this home is sure to give you a great vacation! Located in the premiere soundfront community, Wind Over Waves, which features a community boardwalk, use of the public boat dock for guests to take their boat out into the Pamlico Sound, and deeded oceanfront beach access across the street.

You will be amazed by the sound vistas this home provides and the proximity to the water is sure to please everybody. (Note: We ask that you adhere to private property signs and only utilize the water access listed as Wind Over Waves property.) Grab your towels and beach gear and walk towards the water for a great day of fun in the sun. Should you prefer to stay at the home, the private outdoor pool will make any day delightful - the kids in the group will appreciate the kiddie pool! Additionally, a hot tub is available for use year-round! Shower off in the outdoor shower before making your way inside.

On the first level of this home, you will find a fun recreation room with a wet bar. For the late-nighttime folks in the group, there are two King En Suites on this level along with a half bathroom for convenience.

Step on up to the second level, to find more bedrooms. It will be a hard to decide between the 3 charmingly decorated King En Suites - one with deck access. For the kids - young or old - there is a Bunk En Suite with two twin bunk beds. Anyone who stays in this room will appreciate having the bathroom in the En Suite.

The third level of this extraordinary home contains the living spaces - an broad living area, a sizable modern kitchen, dining area for the whole group and yet another King En Suite for those who want to be closer to the coffee in the morning.

Savor staying on Hatteras Island and visit some of the attractions which are an painless drive away - especially the Hatteras Island Lighthouse.

This property has six parking spaces for guests.

**Kiteboarding Paradise is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. **

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

About the Area

Located by the sea, this vacation home is in Wind Over Waves, a neighborhood in Salvo. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
