Mahi Madness is the ideal spot for you and your family. This appealing, multi-level, semi-oceanfront three bedroom home is 100 feet away from the beach access!
The under home entry takes you to the first level. A laundry room is on this level for your convenience. There is a split staircase and the left side leads to a queen bedroom with a private deck entrance and a flat screen TV. There is a full bath with shower on this level. The right side of the staircase leads to a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and TV. There is a full bath on this level. Another split stair case leads to a queen bedroom with a private deck entrance, ocean vistas, and a flat screen TV. The right side of the split goes to the kitchen level. There is seating at a breakfast bar and the kitchen is entirely equipped. Up just a few more steps from the kitchen is the living area. There are two new couches, flat screen TV, and a deck entrance with enchanting ocean vistas. The deck has seating and a picnic table so you can savor sunrise and watch the stars at nighttime!
On the ground level is an outdoor shower and a gas grille. Parking is limited to one car under home and one in the driveway. No phone at the property. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues as there are generous stairs in this home.
