All about the location! Check out this appealing 3 bedroom 2 bath beach home in Frisco. Shells Dream is located just steps away from one of Hatteras Islands' best beaches. If you want to be close to local favorite eateries, shopping, marinas, markets, and local attractions but still tucked away in an established neighborhood this is your dream spot. Whether you're appreciating the beautiful water vistas from the sundeck or taking advantage of the close by beach access, this property is sure to impress!
Ground Level: As soon as you step out of the car you will feel right at home. With lush green grass, pretty trees, and homegrown plants this is where you will want to be. After a fun-filled day at the beach take advantage of the outside shower with hot and cold water. The 6-person hot tub is the ideal spot to chill with family or a calming soak. Completing the ground level is a fish-cleaning table and plenty of parking.
Mid Level: The mid-level features 3 roomy bedrooms that offer natural light, creating a comfortable and inviting ambiance. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, sliding doors open to the wrap-around porch, and a DVD player. Bedrooms #2 and #3 offer a Queen bed. All bedrooms have Intelligent TVs (Apple TV or Firestick) and a shared bathroom with a hottub tub and shower. Parlor outside on the covered deck or read a book on the hammock. You will also find the laundry area with full-size front loaders washer & dryer on this level.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

About the Area
Located in Frisco, this vacation home is near the beach. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the best rental value:
- In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- June, July, and August are high season in Frisco. Booking your Hatteras vacation rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Booking websites usually offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.

- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property owner before you reserve the home. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches. You will need to establish what is best for your vacation family.
- Some rentals allow pets, but others don't. Acceptable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added costs may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- Visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking
Have a wonderful stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Add a note with the instructions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would back home.

- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Just before checking out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a terrific time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
