- NO family pets, NO events, NO shoes inside the home. Short walk on gravel street to private beach access.
- 2 enormous decks for impressive sound sunsets and ocean vistas. Modest supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for rental use. Bicycle rental, wave runner and boat rental close by.
- Security cameras located at front entrance, pool area and backyard. NO interior cameras.

Located in Rodanthe, this cottage is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting.
