Roomy waterfront condo in the heart of Hatteras Village. Close to beaches, marinas, shopping, and Ferry to Ocracoke. On site boat dock and private boat slip that holds up to 25ft vessel without head included at no charge. The dock is a great place to fish, crab or launch your kayak or SUP. Fish cleaning station at the dock. Propane (bring your own propane cylinder) and charcoal (bring your own charcoal) grilles in the common areas.
Upgraded High Speed Internet, Roku on all three TV's. Fell complimentary to log in to your own streaming services or use the ones supplied.
Home is equipped with 2 owner suites (water vistas from the primary suite) each with private full bath, plus an additional half bath in the common area. Sheets and towels supplied. Totally equipped kitchen with Keurig and regular drip coffee makers, toaster and cooking/baking silverware. New Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in the unit (both replaced August 2022). Don't forget to savor your coffee or drinks on the deck while watching the pretty sunsets!
Building is equipped with an elevator so no steps to navigate with suitcases and supplies. Condo complex has a enormous, private community pool, shower and restroom facilities. Plenty of non-reserved parking for your car, boat trailer, golf cart or bicycle. We offer a locked, private storage room labeled C-2 on the ground level to keep your fishing/ beach gear during your stay. 15 min. walk or 5 min. drive to the beach, ferry and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum. Less than 5 mins. to Ramp 55 where you'll find a gorgeous, less busy beach and ORV access. Savor the peaceful serenity of Hatteras Island and Hatteras Village while staying at SeaToo!
