Down By the Oceanside on gorgeous Hatteras Island is just 3 tons from the beach, boasting beautiful ocean vistas. You and your family can spend your days appreciating the beach, just a short walk away via the convenient community boardwalk access. Guests will also savor use of the Olympic-sized community pool and tennis courts at the Kinnakeet Shores facility!

The mid level offers all four bedrooms, laundry, and deck access with a hot tub. Both king bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bath, while the two other bedrooms (one with a pyramid bunk, the other with a pyramid bunk and twin bed with a trundle) have access to a full hall bath.

The top level offers a cavernous great room to accommodate your family when spending time together recapping the day's activities or enjoying game nighttime. This level also features a convenient full bath, as well as an electric fireplace to appreciate the ambience all year. Step out onto the furnished sun deck to enjoy vistas of the ocean and the Avon Fishing Pier complex.
