A home like Comfort Zone doesn't come around very often and you are lucky to find an owner who delights in their home as much as this one does. Seasonal touches are added all year long for added holiday cheer. Delightful tropical touches throughout! Caribbean-casual styled bedrooms and baths are all on the first floor. Each one is regularly refreshed with new furnishings, linens and tons of great little decor pieces, too. Upstairs is the open gourmet kitchen, dining and living area with giant vaulted ceiling. High quality appliances, counter tops, tons of pots and pans, fun gadgets and personal touches enhance this gourmet kitchen. The dining area offers chic and comfortable seating for the whole family. The living room has a casual and comfortable approach to it with plenty of room for everybody to gather for a peaceful evening or a fun family board game, too!

Walk out the sliding glass doors to the striking wraparound deck. Spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and the Cape Hatteras National Seashore are waiting for you to savor your morning cup of coffee or afternoon lunch. Plenty of furnishings for you to relax on; you could even make it your new living room for the week!

On the outside is the adorable and bespoke-made Tiki Bar! Complete with totem barstools and hula skirts. Fish cleaning station for those who are partaking in more than just swimming on the seashore. Outside shower is very well equipped with hot water and the third bathroom located outside for additional convenience. Lockable storage area with additional refrigerator available under the home.

Bed linens and towels are supplied by the owner! Soft, comfortable, and high-quality linens are supplied for your convenience. No more using those bulk linens, these ones are special...just for you!

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing family pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet costs range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
