OCEANVIEW Waves - Island Pines Dr. - It's PLAY TIME and there's plenty of fun for all ages at this home with ocean vistas, this striking home features wrap around deck space, a elegant dining gazebo, pool, calming porch daybed, and a 6-person hot tub. Eateries and Dairy Queen are within walking distance as are walking and cycling paths. Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this home provides the ideal homey feel to vacation and play time! Beach access is at the end of the cul-de-sac, so no long walks with beach equipment. The ground level features double carports as well as hot and cold water outdoor showers. Splash around the pool area deck or soak in the bubbly hot tub. Challenge your family to a game on the outdoor bocce ball court or play a game of pool or shuffleboard in the homes’ lower level game room that features a Intelligent TV, BluRay, surround sound, full size refrigerator, microwave, and wet bar. Four master suites are located on the mid level, all masters have painless deck access. The gazebo is also located on the mid level, which is open on all sides to catch the magical breezes that blow among the pine tree tops. The top level features a combination great room, sitting areas, inside and outside dining areas, vaulted ceilings, Intelligent TV, surround sound, a half bath, and a master suite with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. For those that need to work or study this home also features a separate work desk area. There is plenty of space to sneak away to read, nap or play! A roomy, very well outfitted kitchen makes for fun meal preparation and gathering time, and there's nothing to compare with eating dinner out on the screened porch and appreciating the invigorating salt air.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
