OCEANVIEW Waves - La Waves Drive SPLISH SPLASH, with its private pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, and location just two tons from the ocean, is certain to make a splash with your vacation crew. The home is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the heart of Waves, where the beach is uncrowded and the mood is laid back. The ground floor of the home has a sizable game room, a laundry room and double carports. On the first floor are five generous size bedrooms including a queen master with private bath and a king bedroom that has a semi-private bathroom. Three other bedrooms (queen, 2 single, pyramid and regular bunk) share a hall bath. Three bedrooms open onto a shaded deck and one bedroom opens to a covered porch. The second floor has another master bedroom with private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The enormous great room with dining area provides the ideal place for entertaining or just calming. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar was designed with the prepare in mind. An broad ocean facing deck provides striking vistas of the Atlantic inviting you to SPLISH SPLASH this year.
*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
