OCEANVIEW Waves - La Waves Drive - SPLISH SPLASH, with its private pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, and location just two tons from the ocean, is certain to make a splash with your vacation crew. The home is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in the heart of Waves, where the beach is uncrowded and the mood is laid back. The ground floor of the home has a sizable game room, a laundry room and double carports. On the first floor are five generous size bedrooms including a queen master with private bath and a king bedroom that has a semi-private bathroom. Three other bedrooms (queen, 2 single, pyramid and regular bunk) share a hall bath. Three bedrooms open onto a shaded deck and one bedroom opens to a covered porch. The second floor has another master bedroom with private bath and Jacuzzi tub. The enormous great room with dining area provides the ideal place for entertaining or just calming. The well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar was designed with the prepare in mind. An broad ocean facing deck provides gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic inviting you to SPLISH SPLASH this year.

Located in Rodanthe, this vacation home is near the beach. Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports. When to book & When to go:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Booking your Hatteras vacation home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.
