Please meet SEA YOU SOON, a five-bedroom/four-full and one-half-bath home located just one lot back from the sandy Atlantic beach that checks all those boxes from the ground up.

From the ground level, spend sunny days on the just-a-boardwalk-walk-away beach or catching rays from a private poolside lounge chair. For those who have spent the day catching fish instead, there’s an outdoor shower and gas and charcoal grilles to prepare your soon-to-be-dinner. Just off the pool area, the home reveals the ideal kid lair where a room with two bunk beds, a full hallway bath and a game room with a foosball table and Intelligent TV give the younger family members their own private space. A laundry closet completes this floor. • Inspect the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
