OCEANFRONT Avon - Askins Creek Dr. See the ocean from a unique VANTAGE POINT in this home with many modern and comfortable features. Unwind and savor a movie in the den with home theater system, or escape for a bit of peaceful time in the study with high speed internet. The sunny dining area with wrap-around windows has a slider to a private veranda. And your family will adore the 3 king master suites, separate seating areas and sliders to the oceanfront deck. Now there are more areas to take in the lavish ocean vistas and majestic sunrises. VANTAGE POINT combines the amazing sights and sounds of the ocean with a very comfortable, well-decorated interior and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. An added advantage, in addition to the adjacent public dune crossing to the beach, is that it is located near the southern tip of Avon, which is peaceful, but close to shopping, kiteboarding/windsurfing, ocean/dune crossovers for cars and soundside haul-over area.

*Guests have access to Kinnakeet Shores Pool & Tennis courts. You will sign in with the attendant using the home name.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
