Pinch Me is located in exclusive Hatteras Landing on a handsome oceanfront lot, an ideal location for your next single or huge multi-family vacation. The extraordinary 6,500-square-foot home features seven bedrooms, three Jacuzzi tubs, an elevator, two wet bars, complimentary WiFi, a gas grille, and multiple sitting and entertainment rooms, all with tons of space to gather as a group while appreciating the expansive ocean and sounds vistas. This Hatteras Landing location not only provides both direct ocean vistas from nearly every room and private beach access, but also fast access to the Pamlico Sound, multiple marinas, eateries, and stores.

Pinch Me is handsome and well-appointed, featuring nine TVs, including a 47-inch TV with surround sound, four DVD players, and two stereo systems. The top floor highlights an extremely huge and comfortable sectional couch, two impressive fabric chairs, and a huge TV above the mantel. The ground level features an outdoor fish-cleaning station, an enclosed shower, and a two-car garage with a Ping-Pong table. The home's first-floor interior contains a game room with a pool table, Foosball, a sizable TV, two en-suite bedrooms, a third full bathroom, and a roomy laundry room with a folding ironing board. Completing the first floor is a wet bar and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator and a microwave oven. The first bedroom contains a full bath and shower while the second bedroom contains a full bath and shower, magnificent ocean vistas, and direct access to the pool patio via sliding glass doors.

The second floor features four oceanfront en-suite bedrooms and an office area with a desk set up ideally for a laptop computer and any business needs. Two bedrooms contain Jacuzzi baths and the third has a full bath and shower, while the fourth bedroom has a full bath with a shower. All bedrooms boast beautiful ocean vistas and direct access to the oceanfront deck hosting patio furnishings and a hot tub with extraordinary vistas. The magnificant third-floor great room enjoys 20-foot ceilings and features marvelous, expansive ocean and Sound vistas, high-end furnishings, a sizable and cozy TV viewing area, a stereo, a convenient half bath, and multiple glass patio doors that lead out to the wide, cavernous deck. A main suite is featured on this floor with an extremely enormous bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub and an handsome two-person shower.

The third-floor main kitchen features massive granite countertops, a center island complete with a six-burner stove, a sizable refrigerator, double oven, a microwave, dual dishwashers, an ice maker, and enough space for multiple chefs to create their gourmet meals! A full complement of kitchen utilities, pots and pans, and serving ware are supplied. The main dining table has ocean and sound vistas . The unique and spacious fourth-floor loft provides amazing, expansive ocean and Sound vistas from the huge walls of glass windows. A set of patio doors leads lucky guests to a private deck offering vistas of the beach for miles in both directions. This one-of-a-kind loft is entirely furnished with a couch, comfortable chairs, a circular table, and a wet bar.

As beautiful and comfortable as you will feel in this pretty home, you'll definitely want to check out all the outside activities during your stay. The enormous gunite pool has a constructed-in kiddie pool, and you'll have a hot tub, a tropical bar, and a large collection of outdoor furnishings to provide you with a great venue for enjoying the sun and weather. The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
