OCEANVIEW Rodanthe- Hatteras Island Estates CAPE WINDS will thrill guests of all ages with pools for both adults and little ones, a toasty hot tub, gas and charcoal grilles, Tiki bar and generous outdoor furnishings set in a roomy and handsomely landscaped lawn. When the first snack attack hits, step inside to find a wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwave conveniently located in the game room along with a half bath, pool table, flip-top gaming/dining table, 55" LCD TV/DVD home theater system with complimentary premium movie channels and 32" LCD TV. This level also offers two master bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a pyramid bunk with trundle. The mid-level features a media room with a 65" TV/DVD home theater system with surround sound and complimentary premium movie channels. There are two queen master bedrooms as well as a king bedroom that shares a full bath with the media room. The cavernous upper level great room is elegantly decorated and includes a comfortable seating area with a 55" TV/DVD home theater system with surround sound and complimentary premium movie channels; a half bath is conveniently located close by. Feel like dinner and a movie? The featured attraction is the kitchen with gas cooktop, electric convection oven, oven drawer, 2 sinks, granite countertops, and plentiful storage tempting you to prepare up delights to appreciate in the bright and open dining area with vistas of the ocean and the sound. This level also offers a king master bedroom with a sizable walk-in shower with 2 rain showerheads. All bedrooms have LCD flat screen TVs. Look no further for your next vacation home. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
