We are applying the CDC recommendations on cleaning the home between guests and have installed an air purification system to reduce the pathogens, allergens, particles, and odors in the air creating a healthy environment. It kills viruses, bacteria, and mold. We spent a great deal of time reading feedback and improving this home over the last few months. I have taken back over the management of the home this year. Your safety is our top priority.

This is a great family vacation home! Bring all the kids and family pets to this one. Extra additional sleeping area in the loft area on the futon. The third floor has a master bedroom (queen size bed) and loft area and futon. Second Floor living area opens out to nice deck with a exceptional view. The first level has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 huge bedrooms each with 2 sets of bunk beds. The home is four homes back from the ocean on a rather dead end road. There is tons of room for parking. PET FRIENDLY HOME

About the Area

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier. Ocean Air Sports and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
