We are applying the CDC recommendations on cleaning the home between guests and have installed an air purification system to reduce the pathogens, allergens, particles, and odors in the air creating a healthy environment. It kills viruses, bacteria, and mold. We spent a great deal of time reading feedback and improving this home over the last few months. I have taken back over the management of the home this year. Your safety is our top priority.

This is a great family vacation home! Bring all the kids and family pets to this one. Extra additional sleeping area in the loft area on the futon. The third floor has a master bedroom (queen size bed) and loft area and futon. Second Floor living area opens out to nice deck with a exceptional view. The first level has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 huge bedrooms each with 2 sets of bunk beds. The home is four homes back from the ocean on a rather dead end road. There is tons of room for parking. PET FRIENDLY HOME

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting.   • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to drive more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
