Thoughtfully upgraded, this light and bright condo features fresh paint, all-new floor, a completely updated kitchen, and bathrooms. On-site amenities include a pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. You'll appreciate being located within simple walking distance of the Avon Fishing Pier, many eateries, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access mins. down the street.

The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, roomy, and comfortable to provide you with the necessities while you savor your stay in Avon. The primary suite features a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a balcony. Come to the Island for your vacation.

THINGS TO KNOW
This condo is on the first level up one two sets of stairs of the Islander Condominiums.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
The pool has a soft open date of 5/22 and a soft close date of 10/11. This is subject to change.

Located in Avon, this condo is near the beach. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Woods Nature Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve and Outer Banks Beaches. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Find your perfect rental:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
