Thoughtfully upgraded, this light and bright condo features fresh paint, all-new floor, a completely updated kitchen, and bathrooms. On-site amenities include a pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. You'll appreciate being located within painless walking distance of the Avon Fishing Pier, many eateries, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access mins. down the street.

The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, roomy, and comfortable to provide you with the necessities while you savor your stay in Avon. The primary suite features a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a balcony. Come to the Island for your vacation.

THINGS TO KNOW
This condo is on the first level up one two sets of stairs of the Islander Condominiums.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
The pool has a soft open date of 5/22 and a soft close date of 10/11. This is subject to change.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
