Water-lovers alert: the canal is your gateway to days filled with fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and kitesurfing. There’s a private canalfront dock from which to launch your adventures, along with storage for your gear when you return. Also on the ground level is an outdoor shower, charcoal grille, and a hammock to accommodate late afternoon naps. The laundry room is also located on this level.
A bright and airy ambience greets you inside, highlighted by a vaulted ceiling, fresh furnishings and expansive vistas of the water. A ceiling fan breezes overhead as you settle into the great room to stream your favorite shows on the Intelligent TV. The kitchen has just what you need to prep and feed your family their favorite vacation meals. A four-seat high-top table accepts you to serve them with a view.
