Austin's Pointe is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are supplied. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period.
