Ground Level: After a full day of beach adventures, water activities, or exploring take advantage of the outside shower with hot & cold water. Stop by the fish market and pick up some local favorites to throw on the charcoal grille. For all the fishermen, a fish-cleaning table is at your fingertips. Rounding out this level is plenty of parking and a fast walk to one of Hatteras Island's best beaches!

Mid Level: Conveniently located on this level, you'll find a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs. A full-sized refrigerator for storing additional snacks, and beach essentials for a fun day in the sun! The lockable storage room is ideal for storing all your fishing and beach gear.

Top Level: Gathering with friends and family will be a breeze in this attractively decorated open-concept living area with a entirely equipped kitchen and an adjoining 6-seat dining table. Step outside and take in the cool summer breezes, the screened-in porch with a picnic table, Intelligent TV, and comfortable seating is the ideal spot to host game nighttime. Or, simply enjoy a shaded area to relax or grab some peaceful time with your favorite drink. Cuddle up on the upsized cozy couch with a good read or watch the trendy series Outer Banks.. a great mystery and will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Four Bedrooms are located on this level. There's a King Master with a private bath, a Twin Bunk room with a Double bed, a Queen bedroom, and a Double bedroom that shares a full hallway bath. All the bedrooms are well-appointed and feature Intelligent TVs. A elegant sundeck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean provides a serene place to call home for a week or two. Savor the sunrise with your morning coffee or take in the unobstructed view of the starry sky - the ideal way to a storybook ending!

Extras: Recently Renovated! Outside shower with hot & cold water, fish cleaning table, charcoal grille, surfboard, screened-in porch, sundeck, storage room, outside furnishings, picnic table, covered parking, and unlimited Avon Pier pass. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • At departure, complete a walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
